Ackein (Boggat bestiary)

boggart description: Ackein
Generally known as the ‘common boggart,’ this is the most representative boggart in old folk law. Sometimes thought to be a ‘little devil’, with its arched in horns. However, its large horns can easily knock out and pack powerful punches if a human sees it before disappearing. They are known as the gatekeepers to the boggart world, if you manage to see and tame this boggart, then you are more likely to see others.

Brownies: Catching an Ackein without harming it and letting it get to see you are trustworthy with gifts, is the only way likely to tame it.
